of TRIMR s.r.o.

The TRIMR company was founded on January 1st, 1991 to provide services in the field of electrical engineering. Due to increasing requirements for these services the company has extended their activities. Nowadays we offer our customers turnkey operations, i.e. from the project elaboration up to the implementation itself, in the following fields:

Heavy-current engineering – electrical installations, external and internal light distributions, inspection and maintenance of electrical installations.
Light-current engineering – security and fire alarms, telephone systems and data networks, sound systems, security and access systems.
Measurement and regulation - measurement and control technology for boiler houses, exchangers and ventilating/air conditioning systems, sale of complete assortment of small-scale Siemens control technology.

Our company provides 24-hour service within all sectors.

   Except these main fields our company arranges construction work in the area of structural engineering. We participate in important construction works within the whole Czech Republic and abroad (References).

   We hold the certificate No. CQS 2094/2003 which proves compliance of the quality control system with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 Standard.
   We have a licence granted by the Czech Telecommunication Authority to arrange, install, maintain and service branch telephone exchanges including supplies and installations of telecommunication networks, telephone sets and answering machines.
   We hold several certificates for designing, installation and structured cabling system servicing.
   We also hold certificates given by leading companies to provide designing, installation and service of Electric fire alarm systems and Electronic security signal systems.

   In accordance with the intention published in the Commercial Bulletin on December 12th, 2005 the TRIMR company changed the legal form from the public company to the limited liability company becoming effective on January 1st, 2006 as TRIMR s.r.o. Change of the legal form in terms of § 69d and the following of the Commercial Register the company does not cease to exist, neither its assets pass over to a legal successor, only the internal legal relations as well as the legal status of the company's partners are altered.
